We are currently looking to recruit the following staff:

Receptionist

Job profile

Responsible for the smooth running of Reception while undertaking high standards of service both during the arrival and departure of guests and throughout their stay.  To help build and maintain the reputation of the Hotel.

Requirements: 

•  One year in a customer facing role, preferentially hotel based.

•  Previous reception experience an advantage but not essential

•  Good knowledge of computers, PMS systems & Microsoft office products

•  Experience in undertaking projects and completing said projects to a high standard

•  Competencies: result orientation, customer orientation, commitment, building relationships, communication

•  Advanced English skills (to speak, read and write)

•  Driver's license preferable not essential
